On Friday, April 4th, 2025, come and experience a unique gastronomic evening at our tasting event in partnership with the prestigious champagne house, Pierre Mignon.

On the program, a refined menu specially crafted to enhance the flavors of each cuvée:

• Assortment of appetizers to awaken your taste buds.
• Starter: Tataki of salmon marinated in citrus and sesame, accompanied by a fresh mango and avocado salad, in perfect harmony with the "Pure zero dosage" cuvée.
• Main Course: Roasted duck breast with Sichuan pepper, served on a carrot-ginger purée with asparagus, enhanced by the Grand Vintage Blanc Millésime 2013.
• Dessert: White chocolate and pistachio moelleux, topped with a passion fruit crème anglaise, in harmony with the Rosée de Saignée brut prestige.
