Meet the team

Catherine Levot-Becot, in addition to being the owner, also serves as the head of the dining room. Before founding La Table de Chessy, she managed the restaurant at the Parc Floral in the Bois de Vincennes.

What makes the team at La Table de Chessy truly unique is the close collaboration between Catherine and her two chefs in the kitchen: Audrey Corbin and Quentin Domin, former classmates at Gué à Tresmes.

Quentin honed his skills at Férendi and later at Café Coste, while Audrey gained her experience at renowned restaurants in the region, including La Vieille Auberge in Villeneuve-le-Comte, Le Briefing in Lognes, and Le Chais in Ferrières. Together, they joined La Table de Chessy.

The three of them define their work as a true collaboration, where each shares their expertise to enrich the others. Depending on the volume of guests and their availability, they have become complementary, ensuring an optimal culinary experience for their clientele.
